            Del Norte Animal Clinic used to be wonderful. New vets and a corporation have taken over. Have a dog who needed a specialist, now needs dental help. The dog has been hiding and in pain. The vet at this clinic scheduled a dental procedure then I was called and told procedure was moved up. Took the dog to an early morning check in, then was called about a half hour later to come pick up my dog because the procedure scheduled was wrong. No explanation no problem solving solution offered. The so called office manager informed me that the moved up procedure was for the wrong diagnosis. I requested to speak to the vet. He acted like I was making the whole thing up. My dog was is pain and no help was offered. The vet stated he would have to check about the mix up. Needless to say I was furious with no offer of help no accountability and an uncaring response. Received a letter that we were no longer clients . My behavior with staff the reason. Wow.way to be accountable.
