Miscommunication with front desk, they need more training. They don't know what health certicate is for horses. I got all tests done in March of this year and waited for health certificates because we were told it will be available in 2 weeks, I called back in two weeks and I was told, where I am hauling the horses and that I should stop by and pick up hauling papers. I specifically ask for horse certificates. I called back again the next follow week and ask of health certicate was ready, they said they don't t give them out that day. This has grown frustrating because we called for health certicate we paid for at ***** and we get the run around. Yesterday we called again because I get so tired of calling about health certificate all the time, now I was told it's past 30 days. when I called for health certicate I didn't get it, now I bring my horses and didn't get the horse certicate again I ask that I need to pick it up and she said vet said until he sees the horses again and than he will give me the certificates. I don't know I never had this kind of problem before to recieve the health certicates. I'm not sure if I am the only one that is going through this with the veterinarian place. After I recieve the certificates I will not return back to this place. Bad service, no communication and I am sure many get so frustrated so they have to put up a sign about being kind and courteous. There is something wrong here. I hope the owner of this place sees this and change it around or hiring a new veterinarian that will not do this to others Oh I was told we can refund your money for health certificates after I spent money onCoggins, dewormed ,EQ EWT+ WNV vaccine, isn't it this health certicate suppose to have been given to me that same day if nothing was wrong with my horses. I never had any issues until this year..
