    • Date of the transaction: 12-02-2022 / 12-06-2022 • The amount of money you paid the business: $744.06 - Tires and alignment / $65.22 - Window Regulator and Panel Retainer. • What's the business committed to providing you: The business was committed to installing four brand new tires, including tire balancing, and tire alignment. • What's the nature of this dispute: The nature of this dispute involves the process of the business damaging my driver window regulator causing the window to not roll up anymore. I addressed the situation with ******* ****** and he stated that I was accusing the business of window failure. I addressed my concern about how the window was working fine but after I paid and picked up my 2000 Cadillac Deville, I noticed the window was not rolled up correctly at the business. The next day in the morning, I called ******* ****** and stated to him that my window was working correctly before I brought it to the business and now it does not roll up anymore. He immediately got defensive with me and hung up on me on the business phone. I further stated to ******* ****** and **** over the phone that it was probably the regulator they damaged and it's under a lifetime warranty, so I dropped my car off the same day to get it fixed at no cost to me due to negligence and damage to property done by the business. Assuming they would take care of the damage their business has caused in the process of installing four new tires and tire alignment, my driver's door panel was damaged, including broken pieces, parts broken in the door that can be heard moving around while driving, glued and damaged my door panel instead of fixing it correctly. There is also a very strong foul order in my vehicle now that could potentially be harmful and hazardous to myself and my kids. This foul order was never there before the incident and it continues to make me feel ill and vomit. The whole door panel needs to be replaced and I need to be compensated for lost time, unprofessionalism, medical expenses if need be, due to harmful fumes, and reimbursed for labor and product costs that were paid by me. The business needs to reimburse me due to negligence on their behalf. The regulator was under a lifetime warranty through the same business they buy their parts from. This is not the first unprofessional encounter I have had with **** and his business. My carrier bearing in my 2008 Cadillac CTS was supposably replaced but instead, my daughter and I were left stranded in Lordsburg, NM, causing me to pay out of pocket for a tow truck, parts, travel time, and replacement parts that the business never paid for. Another unprofessional encounter I had with the business involved a simple tire rotation, which resulted in damages to my 2008 Cadillac CTS brake ring, which **** made me pay for. I was forced to pay out of pocket because my vehicle was undrivable. To top it off the receipt they put the labor and product for my tires, alignment, window regulator, and panel retainer are under the wrong vehicle. The 2000 Cadillac Deville was serviced, not the 2008 Cadillac CTS. • Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: The business has not tried to solve the problem at all. I called **** the owner about my unprofessional encounter with ******* ****** regarding the incident and he was very unprofessional himself. **** also told me never to come back after I address my concerns with him. I bought 8 tires and brakes that are under warranty with his business that I want to be honored. • Account/order/tracking number: Reference #****** - ******* *** ****** * ********* ******* * **** ********
