Today I went to the Big o tire company over on *****, ****, **** ***, Las Cruces, NM 88011 to get a tire air check because I had to go to Anthony Texas to go to work today and one of my tires seem to be a little low so I stopped on my way into work to get a check and get that tire filled with air as they proceeded to do so the young man blew up. Then he proceeded to go into the office and talk to assuming the manager and let him know what happened a few minutes passed by and then another young man approached me and told me if I had a spare tire and I told him I believe so he goes or would you like to buy one and I said excuse me buy one no sir I don't have money to buy one I told him you guys were putting air in my tire and you blew out my tire I feel that you should replace the tire because all I did was come in for a simple air check and they proceeded to tell me that they could not do that and that they wouldn't do that and they got my dummy tire and they put it on and they sent me on my way I therefore had to miss work today and more than likely we'll have to miss work for the rest of the week until I can figure out how to get money to pay for a new tire that I had just gotten from Walmart about a month and a half ago so it was a new tire it there was nothing wrong with it it was just low because I've been traveling back and forth from El Paso Anthony to Las Cruces New Mexico which is about a 45 minute drive so now I'm out of a day's work possibly a week's work due to them overfilling my tire with air when they should be a little more responsible about that stuff that's very dangerous for themselves and for myself I don't know what to do I'm I'm lost with what to do I mean I stuck with no work now I'm stuck with my money to buy any tire and I'm stuck on a dummy time can you please help me.?
