            I ordered a heater stove from this business. Well when they came to do something on it and they left it messed up. It does not work at all I've been calling since before Thanksgiving 2022 for them to come fix it. They told me they were going to send someone the week of Thanksgiving and no one has came. Everytime I call servicing at their business I am told to leave a message and no one answers or calls back. I just want them to send skmeone to fix my heater

            Garbage, absolute garbage. **************** is next to none if you want zero resolution with an issue. This company will **** you off for days if not months to outside repair companies and then after they are done playing games they will email you and say, We are sorry to inform you your stove is not under warranty. Do not buy a blaze king. The stoves look very nice, looks are deceiving just like the people who own the company. Welds cracked after a few weeks of operation, they are still cracked as the company played game after game trying to avoid holding itself responsible. Oh by the way the "warranty" isn't valid the second you purchase the stove. Warranty is only as good as the company behind it. If your looking to waste money and time and possibly burn your house or cabin down, this is the company for you to spend money on.
