              I purchased an RV from Good Sense RV on 12/22/2022. The RV I purchased was brand new with a factory warranty. I started having problems with the air conditioning unit and some other issues with the the RV in April which prompted me to take the RV back to the dealer for repairs on April 28, 2023. Since I dropped off the RV for repairs in April there had been no reported progress in the repairs and today, June 23, I spoke with the service person Jeremy H**** and now he tells me that they are unable to fix my RV since they are not able to get the parts from the RV manufacturer and some of the warranties were declined by the RV manufacturer as well. I am writing to ask for your assistance on the matter since the dealer has had my RV for 2 months now and they have not made any repairs and there seems to be no resolution to the problem despite my RV being under warranty. Also since I bought the RV from Good Sense RV with a factory warranty and since they are not able to fix the RV under this warranty are they not liable for a breach of contract?               We bought an rv travel trailer from Good sense . We had to take it in for repairs the first time. They kept it for 3 months, finally we got it back last August in 2021. Then we took it back on March 3,2022, for more repairs, finally got it back June 29. They had winterized it and insisted we had asked them to do that; they must be expecting a wintertime in July. They still did not completely finish the repairs.
