I tried for over a month to get an appointment with any ONE of the doctors. First online, then went in to find there was no appointment. Tried again a week later with ANOTHER of the doctors online, got a cancellation text as I "Had not answered the email" to confirm. My laptop was in the shop. Went in to get appointment in person, was told my insurance, although used by St. ******* Hospital in SF, was not accepted. Brilliant. The medical system in this country is a joke, my ******* friends go to ****** when they need help, they know it is pointless to try and get treatment here, (too). I have found the medical profession most interested in your insurance, even if you can pay personally, that is not good enough either. ***************************** move "Sicko" is unfortunately, all too true. We will never have single payer system since the government protects insurance companies. Pathetic. I have English friends who don't come here since they can't afford the health care insurance for a two or three week visit. If I, on the other hand, needed medical care in England I would get it, at no cost.

There were until this July lingering problems from a Mohs procedure done Aug 2021. This March I had genital area problems which the PA was not able to diagnose. This was followed by a painful biopsy and subsequent visits over the next month to see the other doctors in the practice and the prescription of no less than 6 different ointments and creams which eventually solved the issue. The practice is very disorganized, patients are left waiting for long periods and it is almost impossible to to get any response to phone calls. I wrote to the corporate HQ in *****, no response, and consulted an attorney since this looked like a clear case of medical incompetence. However the expense of pursuing litigation outweighed the benefit

What is the point of setting an appointment time 3 months out if they dont abide by the appointment time?I got to my 2:15 p.m appointment **************************************** the waiting room and it is 2:34 p.m. If you dont have anything else to do then come to this place and expect a long wait. If you value your time and money then go somewhere else that wont make you wait 3 months to be seen and then over 30 minutes the day of your appointment.
