I took my mini schnauzer to have his hair groomed and his nails cut. I arrived at 8:30 am and was told they would call me when he was done. I never got called until 2:19 pm. Upon my arrival into the store, it smelled of dog f**** and there were several large and small dogs running around in the back area. There were also several cages that had dogs in them as well. The cage my dog was in had all kinds of dogs hair all in it and dog hair, pee and f**** all over the floor. Upon paying the bill $53.00 **** went to the back before I even got out the front door. I noticed my dog limping on the way to my vehicle but only thought it was due to him being in a small cramped cage. After getting home I realized that his limp was due to something else. He couldn not stand on his front right foot at all. As the day went by I finally called the Groomery but got no answer and they do not have voice mail. They were closed Sunday and Monday as well. I have tried numerous times this morning to call them but they dont asnwer. I dont what they did to my dog but his hair cut was uneven and his toe nails on his back feet were never cut. My dog is unable to walk and has not been eating or drinking since this happened. **** had to be aware my dog was injured and she never said a word. I cant imagine this company cares about animals just for the fact that the place was very unclean. Had **** at least told me of an accident I would have had respect for this business as I know accidents do happen. I feel that this was trying to be hidden since I cant get them to answer the phone. I am taking my dog to the Vet today and I feel that **** from the Pet Groomery should be paying the bill. My dog is 12 years old and I feel that he has been tortured.
