    Our moving contract with Bailey's included insurance with $0 deductible (Registration Number ***********). We paid $15,635.63 on Sept 12 for the move, including insurance. The claimed amount of damage was $1954.76. Our first attempt to file a claim using Bailey's online system around Nov 1 went unanswered. After multiple requests for status resulting in "we did not see a claim", we requested and emailed the attached written claim on Nov 21 (copy attached). Again, this went unanswered until we requested and received acknowledgement on Nov 29. At that time, Bailey's claim adjuster requested photographic evidence of damage, which was provided to them on Nov 29 (email with link to photos is attached). We requested confirmation of receipt of the photos by email and again heard nothing. On Dec 11, a request for status was made by email. We received no response. On Dec 14, a phone message was left requesting a status update. We received no reply. On Dec 29, another request for status was emailed. We have no response to date and therefore are left to assume Bailey's has every intention of ignoring us and no intention to settle our claim. We find the lack of response by Bailey's adjuster to be unprofessional and frustrating after our prompt payment for both the move and the insurance coverage.

    Moved from ************** ******** to *********, ******* had the company pick up my belongings Dec.12/13/21 did not bring boxes to pack up my belongings and we were selling our home for my husbands medical treatments. He is a disabled veteran and cant do it on his own. Had to give $600.00 or more of our house hold belongings to family and neighbors. Had belongings in storage from 12/13/21 to 02/22/22 was closing on my house in *******. Company delivered to my new home in ********* ******* and charged my husband $********* to receive our personal items scratched, dented, gouged, smashed and in pieces. I mean everything!!! Through our belongings in the front room, odd places and garage. Didn't even assemble anything busted furniture that we cant even use. No hardware to put the furniture back together ruined my brand new carpet and is was white and now its black. Left us all the boxes for my new trash company to pick up. Busted mirrors, dressers, beds stained and these were brand new. Ruined a dinning table busted the shelves off. I could go on!! Filed a claim talked to the office and they told me there was nothing they could do. I have never seen anything like this before. What a rip off!!! Not sure if your able to help but please don't let the next guy go through this. BREECH OF CONTRACT " WANT SOME TYPE OF REFUND" My family heritage items in pieces, which every one knows they are priceless.***** Fair and his crew did horrible on something that cost my arm and leg. &********* What a shame and what a sucker I was.
