If I would be able to give this hotel a 0 review I would. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY HAVE BED BUGS!! We came for a small getaway with our family and kids and since we arrived last yesterday we discovered the bed bugs this morning. The Manager *********************** which was not even in the building. She refused to give us a refund and was very argumentative towards me when we spoke over the phone she just said NO instead of getting both rooms inspected and doing the right thing!! Very unprofessional and had no sympathy towards our family.Unbelievable and very unfortunate that our first experience in Ruidoso was this way. Im disgusted by how ****** treated me. Keep in mind she was not even in the building. As a manager as soon as she heard BED BUGS the right thing to do is to give us a full refund. Who ever owns this place should fire this Manager as soon as possible it send her to management training. Instead of doing the right thing as an owner and calling me to get the issue resolved because you are putting people and children in danger, you choose to lie on your response. Very sad, I can now see the root cause of the issue here is which is ownership. To future guest make sure to wash all of your clothes and belongings before going home or you will infest your home. Show footage of this and show facts like I did in the picture below. I am so glad I took this picture to be able to show proof. We all know bed bugs spread and this hotel is completely infested.
