              We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights - 2 to 5 Oct 2023. We paid the agreed price of $990 at checkout on our credit card. Several days later there was an additional charge of $55. We called the hotel, who claims we stole a bed pillow. There was no attempt to contact us. We dispute this claim and believe that the hotel has stolen money from us for a housekeeping error. We have talked to a manager and sent emails to their corporate office - no reply at all.
