      Extremely rude staff. I went for my birthday with my family and booked a 110 min private ojito only to be bullied and harassed by a staff named *******. After spending $240+ my teen girls thought they could go sit on the hammocks in the communal area, which only is $45, only to be told they couldnt go in the day pass area without wrist bands. They were fine with that and returned to our ojito and our soaking time was interrupted with ******* barging in to scold them. Our soaking time was interrupted a second time by another rude employee that barged in and didnt say anything to us and then walked out??? Then we were told we overstayed when we didnt receive a 5 min warning. ******* continued to try to bully my kids telling them you had to have an adult to go in the communal area, my daughter is 18 (almost 19) and told her so, to which she responded that she needed a parent? Im so sick of this place. The last 3-4 previous times the front desk people are so rude. Im spending anywhere between $200-$500 to be treated like crap! This place needs new management and to teach basic customer service skills. This is supposed to be a nice spa. Whats odd is it seems like they are discriminating against people they think dont have money. Im an educated woman with a JD, and my husband and I both have excellent jobs. Ive been treated better at the dollar store. It seemed as though they were also discriminating against my daughter for her piercings, and scars, and physical disability. This place is disgusting and Ill only be going to *** ******** ****s, ****** ****, or ************** from now on.

      As a Santa Fe local, I wanted to treat my out-of-state friends to something special. I thought they would enjoy a night at ************, so I booked a room with a double bed for $244 a night. However, when I checked-in, my reservation was not honored. I was given a room with one king **** something we did not expect and did not want. When I inquired at the front desk about receiving the wrong room. They gave me a story about how a large group is coming in and they gave them all the double bed rooms. They never tried to call me about a change to my reservation and now the only room available was an upgrade to a king **** They also upgraded my rate to $360 and when I complained that this is not what I reserved and nor did I want this upgrade to sleep in the same bed as my friend instead of having separate beds, their response was: well at least we gave you a discount instead of charging you $505 a night. Im disgusted by their lack of communication on changing a reservation without consulting me and then their belittling attitude about charging me an additional $120 and calling it a discount. This is so unprofessional and it should never happen! Please dont let this happen to you, it will ruin any sense of zen you are seeking.
