Dental work fillings and teeth cleaning What the nature of the dispute is. I explained to the billing department on 3-15-22 that I did not want any work done if my insurance will not cover it. She told me they are having problems with their computers and that it may take some time to check. I told her that's okay. I didn't know then but they were dealing with a Cyber attack and they still are. So with my first appointment I explained to the dentist I did not want any work done if my insurance will not cover it. She assured me that she was familiar with ****** ********* and what they cover. So at each appointment she would explain what needed to be done and I asked her if my insurance would cover it and she said yes. I did this routine each and every time that the dentist would explain a procedure that needed to be done. If I would have known that my insurance was not covering this I would not have had the procedures done. The first bill from the dentist was sent out 9/13/22 two months after my last appointment . Note I do have the names of the people I spoke with in both matters.
