The first few times I had a problem with either having an herb not agree with me or being allergic to it, all I had to do was contact them to let them know and they promptly refunded me. The first order I had this issue with, I asked if they wanted the item back. They said no. Then I placed my last order with them. Had an allergic reaction to one item, and they promptly refunded me and didn't want me to send it back. Instead they wanted me to keep it.Then I realized that most of what I had ordered didn't agree with me. I had only ordered as much as I did in the hope that it would all work and because I'd never seen a 30% off sale before. When I realized that most items didn't agree with me, I told them. This time we went through a lot of rigamarole until they told me to send things back. I was surprised both by how difficult they were and by this change. So I sent everything back, and I sent them the tracking for the return. When I sent them the tracking, they told me they wouldn't refund me until they got everything back to them. I asked, so if it gets destroyed in the mail after I have done everything I can to send it all back to you you'd not refund me due to circumstances outside my control? I got a rather non-helpful answer in reply. According to the tracking, everything arrived back safe and sound on June 3. As of June 10, they still have not notified me of refunding me. In the past, they always notified me of refunding me. I have done everything I can to send everything back to them. I'm now out nearly $100 for things I have sent back. I'm not sure if they have any intention at all of refunding me for everything I sent back or not.
