The team Solar-Biz has in place is a limited group as the economics of running a business is a financial burden which most of us do not comprehend. Hard to believe this is an actual business. While ordering by phone was told to wait while I check on something. Call you right back, right back . I wait an hour. I call back and ask for person I was ordering with and was told she is on phone with a customer! What? I didnt finish my order, I explain. Will have her call when she finishes, I am told. Nothing happens rest of day. Days later I get an email announcing an invoice has been created for me and I should click on PayPal link to send them the money. What? What is going on her. What happened to the person I was ordering with and who are you sending me an invoice? I think maybe this is some kind of scam since this is not a way to run a business and is why I am sharing this experience. No way would I send money to an outfit that does business this way, if in fact they are legitimate.Solar BiZ Response

I do not understand why there is an issue here. You called us and asked a technical question about a pump replacement and replacement parts. You were transferred to our technical support department, where we discussed the parts you needed. We informed you that the items you were ordering were not in stock. You said you needed them, and that you were willing to wait for the back order. You had no more technical questions. We transferred your order to customer service, where they sent you an invoice which you have not paid for.Customer Response

I have talked to the person I was dealing with and it seems largely a misunderstanding. The company carries good products and the person I was dealing with is actually the engineer of the company, which is why she was so knowledgeable about the workings of the pump I was inquiring about. Its not her usual job to take orders. She says she simply got busy and forgot to call me back. OK, I get busy and forget stuff. She didn't explain why my second call was never returned though. She explained they use PayPal for all their transactions, even if its for **** or something else, which is why it ended up on my Paypal account without my ever selecting it. In my experience, you usually have to select the Paypal link before you are directed to the site. In truth, I may be a bit suspicious of some internet transactions since I was scammed recently by a solar business in ********** called 'Solar Conduit", which is currently being investigated. To put this all to rest it was pointed out to me that all this happened while the planet Mercury was in retrograde, which time is famous for enabling mis-communication snafus across many spectrums. If I wasn't a believer before, I am now.
