This bank has poor interest rates compared with other banks, Horrible customer service, and fees upon fees upon fees. My only recommendation is to avoid this bank at all cost.

Im sorry to hear that you feel First Financial interest rates are poor compared to others. We offer a ****% rate on our Kasasa Cash account with beats any other credit union in our area with a brick-and-mortar branch footprint. In addition, our interest rates on loans are competitive with our peers. In response to your comment regarding service, we would welcome your specific feedback as we strive to provide excellent member service and when weve missed the ***** we attempt to do what is necessary, to correct. We value your feedback and would like to address any specific negative experiences youve had. In regards to fees upon fees, FFCU does not charge a monthly account fee, or a minimum balance fee and we refund up to $25 a month in foreign ATM fees on our ****** accounts. We do charge an insufficient funds fee when we pay an item on our members behalf. This fee is a service fee for the risk FFCU takes by paying the amount owed, for the member.Review from Billy B

My name is *************************** and First Financial Credit Union repossessed my vehicle even after I made my payments. They are telling me that I am behind 4 payments even though I made all my payments and that there is nothing they can do after its been repossessed. I have been in constant communication with the supervisor **** and he told me the only option I have is to refinance through another bank but even when I did that the other banks wont refinance because FFCU reported delinquent payments. I need some help to try and get some help.First Financial Credit Union Response

Im sorry that your vehicle was repossessed. First Financial does everything within our ability, to try to avoid repossessing a members vehicle. In reviewing our records, your vehicle was only repossessed after being 106 days past due. We spoke to you on the phone on 4/5/23 and 7/11/23, at which time you agreed to payment arrangements and failed to make either payment arrangement. We attempted several times to work with you, to bring your account current. Only after several failed attempts did we assign it for repossession.
