First of all, no person at ThorClean carpet cleaning, answers a phone. They call you back to schedule an appointment "due to heavy call volume." Their technicians may call you, but you cannot call them back, I scheduled a carpet cleaning for a Friday at 10:30 am and received a call before 9:00 am that they were on their way. I explained that the appointment was for 10:30 and I would be ready then. They confirmed my address and said they would see me then. I missed call from them at 10:03 am, and tried to call back at 10:20 but had to leave a message, and another message at 10:35 am.At noon I called all three numbers, trying to figure out what happened. 45 minutes later, I received a call back saying I was to now be scheduled after 3:00 pm, because I missed a call from the technician, they bumped me back and they were at a four hour job. Yet, I had confirmed the time and my address at 9 am.Did I want a crew cleaning my carpet that cannot follow simple instructions or a manager that is not immediately reachable when issues arise? I cancelled the cleaning, and the manger could have cared less. Forget the ValPack coupon, the service is unpredictable and unreliable.

I want to first thank ****** for choosing Thoroclean. Two different cleaning crews made attempts to clean customers carpet. First time she stated she wasnt ready the second time she did not answered our call to confirm. Per company policy if a customer is not ready or cancels we call our next customer on the list. I returned her call within the original arrival window and informed her that we would be arriving after we finish the current customer still within our original arrival window. Thats when she canceled her cleaning. I can assure her that we will continue to give all our customers outstanding service and apologize but sometimes it can be difficult if not impossible to meet some customers expectations.Thank youThomas
