August 10, 2022 Re: Consumer complaint issued on January 17, 2022 Kopper Creek, LLC To Whom it May ********* am writing in reference/response to the letter of complaint issued on January 17, 2022, concerning our dissatisfaction with Kopper Creek, LLC, ********, ********.The original complaint indicated the issues occurring from the time the Mobile Home was delivered to the resident site in *****, ********, May 2021. My husband and I sat down with the owners of Kopper Creek, LLC, KC and ***************************** on August 9, ********************************************** the letter dated January 17, 2022. As we discussed each and every issue/item, we realized the entire process was essentially a lack of good communication. It is always interesting to note that in so many cases, this topic of communication is always a bad culprit in any transaction or even in any organization. The fact that the onset of COVID 19 and all its side effects had lent to a climate of frustration and anger. Emotional frustration and lack of genuine communication lingered throughout this last year, and basically, discussion between both parties faltered.All items and issues have been resolved and my husband and I would like to try and restore the negative climate the original letter caused to a better and more productive rating. I have also talked to other customers and employees of Kopper Creek, LLC, and they have all indicated that Kopper Creek, LLC, in their opinion, is a reputable and responsive company. Sometimes a wake-up call can help all concerned both customers and companies alike, who are in the business of serving peoples needs and wants. And during this time of material and service delays, as well as higher prices, we can all learn more patience and ******************************************** P. Kopper Creek failed us!!! We purchased and paid for our mobile in full February 2021 and to date they have not completed their part of the contract. How do you take someone's money and then not complete the installation, repair, and permit processes as stated in the contract. Never saw the sales representative and owner - KC concerning the installation1setup, repair processes to even evaluate what was needed or why they could not finish. Calls made were either ignored and when they were returned, responses were made just to pacify us (caught them in several false answers). We own a mobile home park in ***** ******** and have purchased several mobile homes (this is the second from Kopper Creek), and have never been treated this way and have never been put off when items of issues needed addressed. Even when their contractors were here, they told us they did not even know we had a new mobile here for them to complete the phase processes. This will be the last mobile we purchase from this company, and have already made others known (including Skyline Manufacturer) how disappointed we are with the services/support. Kopper Creek should no longer be in business. They failed us.
