              10/10/23 Took my vehicle in for a Recall repair. Car in their shop for 2 days. They refused to give me a rental car that was covered/pd for by the Recall. They not even looked at the SUV yet. It was supposed to be repaired by noon 10/11/23. They keep putting me off. I live 30 miles out of town and have no transportation. Im 66 yrs. old If I had know they had such bad service I would have taken it to another town for service. I think this is possibly discrimination. I want my SUV back and It needs to be in better shape than it went it. This a repair so it should be running better not worse.

              Received mail from this company that looked exactly like tax information that was sent out when people are beginning to think about filing their taxes! Taxes are stressful enough without this company addiing to that stress!!!
