The sink in our apartment has been clogged for nearly 3 months. I have put in several requests at the Rio Volcan complex to have it repaired and it has not been done. There is now mold build up in the sink and in the pipes. I have an asthmatic child who is allergic to mold. The bathroom smells like mold and we no longer use that particular bathroom. I put in several request (at least 3 or 4) from October to November but the my work orders have been deleted on my portal. We’ve also stopped by the office to report it but nothing has been done. This is a health issue and is not being addressed! I have also had issues making my rent payment as they have been changing our payment options the past few months. The online payment option through their website does not work most of the time. They’ve stop accepting money orders and provided the flex pay option but the app does not have my apt number as an option to set up my account. Theyve also offered a paynearme which allows customers to pay at Walmart. Walgreens, etc but a specific barcode is required which I have never received from the office. I’ve attempted to call the office many times but no one ever picks up the phone and I’m not able to leave a message as mailbox has been full. We’ve also stopped by the office but the door is always locked.
