Moved in January 1st 2022, no hot water. Reported no answer from emergency line until January 4th, office called stating they were coming into the unit within the next 10 minutes. I asked to be called ahead and was hoping for more of a heads up. Maintenance came 'fixed' shower but hot water doesn't even run for 30 seconds without going cold. Maintenance stated it is due to the amount of units and lack of sufficient water heaters, I may have to chose different times to shower or let water run longer. I have been here for a month now, and I have gone from every other day shower, twice a week, to no showering at all. I will let the water run and the tub fills and it is still ice cold. I am dirty I can feel it, and with my work schedule I never hear from the office. One staff was unprofessional and the more I complained I finally got the manager who apologized, her stating that she has not been available because she has kids. I don't need excuses, if there was an actual emergency, the line doesn't answer its not happening over a weekend. Staff still isn't professional and will just enter unit and leave a note, and not even bother calling to say when they will be here. Of course with any apartment unit I am also experiencing a bug a mice issue. I am OCD so I tend to clean a lot, and they do have a company spray. They will leave a notice on the door, but the door they will leave unlocked.
