This complaint is against the via apartments I've lived here for almost 3 years Ive written several letters to the main office here about repairs inside and out of my apartment. The first paper I wrote to them was back on May the 5th stating that I had a leak in the bathroom and in my ac unit as well as garbage disposal and dishwasher both weren't functional. None of the things I requested were fixed for 5 nearly 6 months during that time I wrote other letters requesting these things get fixed and i was ignored or told they would come to take care of it and wouldnt show upt. The leaks caused damage to furniture and mold covering more than half of my spare bedroom from the AC leaking and the master bedroom closet from the shower leaking for months. The spare bedroom smells of mold and mildue to the point where that room is unaccessable because I worry for my families health. The maintenance has fixed and stopped the leaks they have also come to repair most of the things I had requested get done for months however I am not satisfied at all with the work they have done, the room still smells awful the things they "fixed" need to just be replaced at this point. I pay nearly a thousand dollars in rent to this apartment complex so things taking months to get done and having to live in a place with mold when I have a child, his mother, and I am disabled so I am unable to fix these things my self is very frustrating and unacceptable living environment.
