            I have had possession of this AC unit going on 3 years and every year I keep having the same issue with the AC unit freezing up and shutting down. His way to fix it was put plastic on the return air. I have neighbor with the same AC unit and he's never had this issue and these guys want to charge me another 2500. to fix it after me paying 2300. 2 year ago to fix same thing else the waranty I guess covers absolutely nothing.

            One Hour Heating and Air came to my house and charged me over $1,000 for a serviceI later found out should have been less than $200. I paid the over-priced bill while they were here. Seventy days later I received an invoice for over $200 for a second visit that never happened. They are trying to take advantage of a person who is disabled. If they will do it to me they will do it to you.
