    On September 9,2022 I received a phone call back from the secretary of Rain Soft, Atlantic Water Products from an earlier message left for the company the Friday prior. I had called several times during business hours while at work and the last try I had left a message stating I had not received the discount as mentioned I was to have received due to the fact the company changed my appointment many times and it was becoming increasingly inconvenient. Finally an appointment. I was unable to make it to my home for the arrival but had an occupant over 18 to let them in for service. I was leaving work when the service began and takes about 15 minutes to get to my home. When I arrived, the service was said to have been completed and worker was gone. I soon learned the worker was there for **** minutes and no reset of computer. No rebedding of salt or minerals. I had asked for demo on how to reset the filter panel and absolutely nothing was done. They did a pool side iron test and walked away. Then each time I tried to call about the bill, no answer until I left a message. Not only was the expected work not done but the 20% discount for the times they rescheduled my appointment was not only not applied to first bill but was a 20% late fee added to it . The dishonesty and poor costumer care along with not doing the job is outright robbery. I have paid the original bill , with no discount they had originally offered and not included was the 20% late fee increasing my $155.00 to $185.00. They charge 50 if a costumer is a no show so what about my days off of work when they do not show. On top of all that when I was able to talk with the secretary I had to calm her down. How's that for costumer service. The company rescheduled my appointment,yelled at me hopefully recorded, took my days off, never applied the discount and applied a 20% plus bill increase. Since I paid the original bill I would expect to hear nothing more . That is why I am filing this complaint.
