This company should be shut down! I am experiencing the same as the other 1 star reviews. The amount they charge for meds is always higher than the small town pharmacy. Their customer service is the absolute worse when you do talk to someone. Calls are never returned. My first bill was sent to the wrong address. The reason they work strictly with nursing homes is they can get by with overcharging. THIS IS INSURANCE FRAUD & ELDERLY THEFT AT BEST.Review from Earl D

After my wife's rehab I received a bill for pharmaceuticals. I noticed that the statement date was more than 20 days prior to receipt. I immediately posted payment which was duly received and posted by pharmscript. Subsequently on the 31st of March a statement was sent alleging the amount was overdue. That statement was received on the 15th of April - 15 days after the statement date.I verified with my bank that pharmscript had negotiated my cheque on the 3rd of April. My complaint is that pharmscript is, at best, lackadaisical in their billing procedure and needs to be monitored closely.Review from Amanda S

Company overcharged a generic prescription to my mother. The local pharmacy charges $4.11 for a 30 day 40 mg dosage and they want to charge her $162.00 each for two prescriptions! I have written and asked for an explanation with no response. Her insurance has not changed and I have been taking care of her bills for the past 5 years. She is in a nursing home, but is self-pay at this time. This is just taking advantage of the elderly.Review from Amy S

The only thing this pharmacy is reliable for is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced within 10 years of being a nurse. Good luck trying to figure out why they wont send a medication for a patient. The answer will be its arriving with the next delivery before you can even finish the question. I assure you it will not be and it will be multiple phone calls of itll be with the next delivery until you are told the order needs clarification, theres a billing issue, etc. Don't bother trying to get an explanation of why that couldnt have been communicated a week ago and why this is a constant issue of being told a medication is en route to facility when it has not even been filled. If youre lucky it will only take a whole nother 24 hours to get it. I could go to a lab and learn how to compound a medication faster than this pharmacy will provide it.Review from Christy F

Horrible customer service, regular issues with billing and absolutely no follow up for follow through on anything.
