I have nothing but good things to say about this mortgage company. Any time I have needed assistance they have been there for me. This was the case recently. I called in and spoke with a gentleman and explained my situation. He was very kind, understanding and empathetic about my situation. He connected me to the right person that could help me. I was well taken care of and when I got off the phone felt like I was more than just a customer. This company really cares.

We had a question to ask and it was said we needed to wait about 10 minutes but it was less than 2 minutes! The staff spoke clearly and understood what we needed. He helped us through quickly. This was wonderful to not have wondering what was going on with our mortgage payment. Its nice to know that we can communicate with our mortgage company when we need!PHH Mortgage Corporation Response

I have been an outstanding customer for over 4 years, with zero late payments. I even pay extra on my loan. I updated my auto pay with a new bank account and due to the timing of when I added, PHH wasn't able to collect my payment on time. I called and requested them to reverse as they could see that yes in fact I did updtate my bank information, and yes the payment did get processed. Yet, they want me to jump through all these hoops and contact each credit reporting agency to send them the report showing the late payment that THEY REPORTED. They claim they have processes to follow. It will take me longer to get cleared vs waiting. Agent p27PHH Mortgage Corporation Response

I was so impressed with the customer ********************** I received. The *** was very patient and kind. I was having difficulty understanding some things, and she was very helpful and supportive.
