            I am seeking refund of $400.00 for property appraisal I was told I would recover due to loan not going through. I spoke with ********************************* who said we would be refunded and that has not happened. The transaction was on 7/26/2023 at 08:54:51 according to my bank records. I have emailed and called various times requesting this refund and have had no response via email or phone. Last email was on 9/15/23 and I attached a copy of the bank transactions showing it did go through. I would like help recovering my refund.

            So happy I read the *** REVIEW! So basically this company is known for not being transparent. They get you the loan. At the low interest rates. Then they sell your loan. The new owners of your mortgage loan will be a much high interest rate. Possibly, now a rate you cant afford. So a Payment of $700 one month could possibly be $1400 in months after your loan is sold. BEWARE

If you would please call us to discuss this matter we would be happy to further assist you. our number is ************.In reference to the indication that your loan closed at a low rate and then when the servicing was transferred it was adjusted to a higher rate is not a possibility. We would be happy to explain this as well if you decide to call us. There is only one type of loan where your actual interest rate could change and that is called an adjustable rate mortgage. Most cases when your payments adjust on a fixed rate loan it is due to your ********************* premium being paid with your mortgage has increased or your property taxes being paid with the mortgage has increased. We would be happy to discuss this manner with you. We can not reach out to you as we can not identify a transaction completed by EMM Loans LLC with the name used on the review placed.
