If you purchase EP Henry Pavers like I did a few years ago. Youll be sorry you did. Pavers have been chipping since day one and this company wont do anything for you. Take your money elsewhere and go with another popular product. Trust me they dont stand behind their product. The blame and point fingers at the installation company you hired. Total Disgrace

EP Henry makes absolute horrible products and they do not stand by their warranty. Take my advice and please choose a different manufacturer. We had their Quarry steps and pavers installed just 3 years ago and now they are crumbling apart. I followed all of the recommended maintenance from the installer, but each year the steps got worse. The outer casting of the steps is very thin, so if it chips or flakes off, you are left with what looks like recycled concrete chunks and then the problem only gets worse from there. They may be ok if you don't live somewhere that doesn't get any ice or snow, but I promise you will regret their products if you get even 1 harsh winter. I called EP Henry and tried to submit a warranty claim. They took my information by e-mail and said they would be in touch. 3 weeks later, I reached out to them and was told they were waiting on me. The last e-mail was from them telling me they would be in touch, so I don't know how they were waiting on me. They gave me several run arounds, asked for photos and chemicals used. I supplied them with a dozen photos and informed them of the sealant I used. They would tell me I needed to use a certain sealant, which I did do, but the next time I spoke with them, they said I shouldn't have sealed them at all. They did everything they could to avoid covering my warranty claim. Nobody in a ***** generations of my family will ever buy EP Henry garbage products. Stay away from EP Henry if you want to have beautiful landscaping that will last your home a lifetime. I am having to go out and sweep up flakes from the steps almost weekly. Pretty soon, I will be left with a pile of rubble and will have to have these steps removed. If you are on the fence about EP Henry, do yourself a favor and avoid them.
