      Deserves "Minus" ******************************* will take any order and charge for it, claiming that it is available, even if it is not. Then they will send whatever they have, even replacing it with similar items. As for color, one will end up with colors which they cannot sell. If you order brown mats for your brown bathroom, expect green or pink. Smart assumption is that most of the people will not bother to go thru the return process, so Leonards keeps making money by selling a garbage which is not otherwise sellable. AND OF COURSE, YOU WILL PAY TO SHIP BACK THE WRONG ITEMS THEY SENT! Someone should take away their business license.Receipts not attached for the reason of privacy, but they are available to agencies and other officials.

      I attempted to make a payment online but due to the merge last month my old account did not exists. I called customer service to pay last month and I was told no payment due. I ask how that was true. They go well sir that's what shows in the system. I then received another paper bill 2 days ago stating if I don't pay my past due I will be reported to the credit bureau. I then called today, got hung up on twice and the 3rd attempt I talked to a ********* who stated I see your old account but I can't do anything until you pay the bill that's past due. I explained to him I have tried over and over since last month to pay my bill. He said I can take your payment today but you will be charged **** due to him taking the payment by phone. Well H*** there is no other way to pay the old account except by representative. TOTAL CONFUSION. MERGE MY OLD ACCOUNT TO NEW ACCOUNT. This is a business error and not my error. Too bad i cant get a FORMAL Apology for be charged a late fee and plus a **** fee to be able to pay old account. Someone needs to get their act together and quit punishing the customer due to company issue especially in the merge of 2 companies.

      I placed an order on May 5, 2023, it is now May 28th and I have not received the item. I have called multiple times with no luck, either put on hold for eternity or call gets disconnected. I tried contacting them via their customer service email, and received an acknowledgement that my email was received but no response since then. Are they out of business but still taking orders and stealing the money?? Completely frustrated and annoyed!!

      I ordered something online for my neighbor because she does not use the internet. She was nervous about ordering it online but I reassured her. She never received it. I kept trying to contact customer service by phone, but each time I was kept on hold for over half an hour and I had other things to do. So I found that they had an online form to submit a problem. I submitted the form and they acknowledged receipt by email. But I never heard from them again and it's been weeks. So today I tried calling again. Twice, I was on hold for about 15 minutes and then disconnected. My neighbor is terribly upset and I feel so bad that I'm the one who talked her into letting me order it online. This is customer DIS-service and it's shameful.

      I placed an order on 04/9. I wanted to find out the status of my order and they did not answer my email and the customer service numbers always ring busy. Something's just not right here.

      On January 29, 2023 I ordered a twist and lock suction grip for my bathroom at the end of February I called they told me on backorder three more weeks I called the end of March. They told me the end of April I called on April 18, April 19 and April 20 I could not get through always a busy signal or the phone shuts off I am very disappointed with this company I want this item or credit me my money. Thank you **************

      I ordered 2 hip and thigh shaper compression hoses in black in March and was told l would receive it on March 20. My order amount was $89.79. It is April 14 and still haven't received my order. I tried to call the company several times to get a answer why l havent received it.......the line is always busy. Been calling every day...no answer...just a busy line. I am calling my bank to see if this amount have been taken out....if so...l want my money back. My reference no........which you have now...but not at the time. So you gave me NO information on my order. l just want my order or refund.

      ********...My wife ordered a bike on Feb. 1, 2023. On Feb 11 we still didn't have confirmation that the order had shipped. Called customer service to ask about it. I had to let them know the bike had been discontinued. Was then told that we had not been charged. Our Paypal account has been charged for the bike. We also got a $500 charge from Dr ******************** on our Paypal account that was fortunately caught by our bank and denied. Dr ******************** customer service them told us that we would get an email confirmation for our refund within 24 hours. She was making up her answers as she was going. Still waiting on the email and refund.

      Dear ******************, Under the email we were unable to locate an order, we attempted to use the name and zip code entered but we do not have any ***************************. We would need the full address, and name the order was placed under to look into the charges you are referring too. Please know if an order is cancelled any authorizations fall off of the card used within 3-5 business days. We would not recharge the card unless a new order was placed by the customer.       If I could it would be zero stars. I want to warn our older community Do not order from this company. I was just informed that the reason I was not receiving my original order and a completely different order is because of a possible system problem with their system and even if I put in another order I probably wouldn't get what I ordered. I was informed that they wouldn't send my original ordered items until I returned their incorrect order and then they would process my order. I returned the incorrect order and was sent a refund check in a lesser amount than I paid for my original order. When I called again I was disconnected. I was denied the right to talk to a supervisor and then was told they wouldn't send my order as the order was canceled. Older individuals order from this company and probably are not able to fight for this kind of thing. I will no longer use this company and their business should be looked into. Their Financials for how often they are refunding customers in a lesser amount than they purchased an item for should be investigated and an audit should be conducted.
