I've been a Carol Wright/********************** for decades. Today in our post-covid atmosphere I find that both companies are now TEMU. Shocking. Looks like one of these days there will be only "one" company left. If it gets to that point they'll price many of us right out of the market. TEMU?Bring back Exxon, Gold Circle, and Big Bear stores (or their equivalents.) Searching around to find multiple (old-fashioned) brands I grew ** with exists in name only. ***** ******* is another fine example of what I call "The Great Sell-Out!" Same name? Yes. I have for the past 10 years had a credit account in good standing with CW. Recently(2023)Swiss Colony has purchased CW. I imagine the company was sinking because of poor sales and poor quality of products. That being said since this acquisition Swiss Colony has denied my good standing and refused my order for merch. Swiss Colony is a conglomerate of "sister" online stores. Seventh Avenue ,Country Door, Midnight Velvet ,**************************, ********************* and Swiss Colony. I have a bad history with several of these online stores, SC sent me a raw fruitcake no refund, Seventh Avenue furniture is absolute junk made in ***** and very overpriced. I'm writing this as a warning to future buyers BEWARE of this conglomerate company, the customer service is a joke and the products are very inferior. I have been without use of my account for three months now.. Without a letter or anything they just shut down their website and don't send out catalogs. Come to find out they filed reorganized bankruptcy.. They inform me that it will be October before they are going to be running again. Yet we still have to pay our bill but cannot use our accounts... On the website it instructs you to go to ********** Wards which you cannot use your credit at and is way more expensive than Carol Wright was.... **************** isn't service.. Most of the time the agents give out wrong information and are told by the next person that the other person did not give the proper answer..It was a wonderful company at the beginning but you could see the change as time went on.Review from Pam S

Carol Wright**********I wish I knew who Carol Wright was and talk to her personally. I would tell her that her company is dirty, money hungry, unreliable, thieving, misinforming, misleading, lying, cheating, and all of these things are nice words compared to what I really want to say. I ordered 2 pairs of capris and a tank top in March. The capris were way too big and I never received the tank. I returned them the next day for an exchange for the correct size. After many phone calls, only 2 of which were ever answered and many emails which I never have gotten a reply, I am so fed up with them!! They have robbed me! Why cant something be done about this company! They need to be shut down permanently and never be able to rip anyone off again! Also they should have to repay everyone they have ripped off! This company fraudulently signs unknowing customers up for their rewards program. My elderly parents were duped into spending $14.95 for receiving nothing! My father had a stroke and was the one who was doing their monthly bills so he didnt catch this charge. It went on since December 2020 and wasnt caught until I was able to access their credit card statements. When I called to cancel, they says they would only refund up to 6 months for a total of $89.70. They were charged a total of $403.50. This is unacceptable. They never used the service and should get full credit back. Do not do business with these crooks.Review from Nicole M.

I ordered a large heating pad and when it stopped working I tossed it and ordered a second one, the second stopped working. When I asked for them to replace it They told me that I was past a 30 return policy and at the same time asked me if I wanted to order yet another one. Is this what customer satisfaction is ? I ordered 3 nightgowns for my mother in 3 different colors. When they came 2 were the same color. I contacted Carol Wright about this and was told that their company messed up and would free of charge send me the right color. I asked at that point what they wanted me to do with the other nightgown, ( 2 lilac) and was told keep it and they would refund me since it was their error. well I look at my bank account and they charged me so I called them and they are either just really clueless or I dont know what but the 3rd person i spoke to kept telling me I was refunded and am paying for the replacement. well if i originally ordered 3 and was getting a replacement that means 4 nightgowns of which i should only be charged for 2 per the conversation I originally had in the beginning. I was then told no no i was misinformed so now I am paying for a nightgown I never wanted because their pickers messed up in the beginning. I informed them that it will be the last time I order and I will file a complaint and truthfully they could care less. so with all this all I can say is BUYER SERIOUSLY BEWARE because this company could care less about misleading customers. Whoever Carol Wright is really needs to take a hard look at the company and its shady practices. i wish there was a minus next to the stars because it would have been a few minuses next to 1 star. You cant even really contact anyone from the company or leave a review on the site its just customer service people who don't care.Review from GARY K

Carol Wright/******************** has, since either March or May of 2021, been making unauthorized charges in the amounts of $24.99 each month for "Easy Living" and, until recently, $14.95 per month for "Perks". They are still, to this day, charging the $24.99 monthly for "Easy Living". I have spent over five hours , in two rounds of phone calls, in August 2022, being transferred or being told to call various different numbers about these charges, talking to various representatives, spending much of the time on hold, to no avail except getting the $14.95 "Perks" monthly charge stopped. I was told I would receive an email in relation to the previous monthly "Perks" charges. No email ever arrived. In relation to the "Easy Living" I was told back in August, that I would be getting a $374.85 credit applied to my account, but first I would be getting a phone call about it within three business days; neither of which has ever happened. To this day, I continue to be charged $24.99 additional each month.Here it is, December 2022, and I'm STILL waiting for all this to be corrected.Review from Victonda T

Carol Wright/********************** are the worst company to order items from. They charge you what ever the h*** they want to. They charge you to return and item and then tell you they don't accept returns. This company rips people off. I will NEVER order anything else from them. They need to be shutdown ASAP
