              I purchased the product off Amazon, When the product came in and of course I was excited to put this on my sliding glass door, I made a mistake by not measuring, so I proceeded to return the product through Amazon and I got an email that same day, and I called the person back from this company which is in ********** and they offered me an extender rod for free.Customer service with this company his name is *** is phenomenal very professional and I will always do business and also tell my friends about the products that he makes there. Its so rewarding to know that you were getting a product made in *******.. *******
