            Our family has been going here for 7 years... Sad to say... after the last 3 times... this will be our last! The rooms are extremely run down... and it appears they are putting nothing back into place. Health issues with black moldy ice from ice machine on all floors... in the age of Corona Virus... it's concerning that we have been rented rooms that weren't cleaned properly... sticky spots on tables, couches and kitchen chairs... (See Pics) ... My son took a nap in the bed and got covered in dust of some kind which was all over sheets... on are last stay a week ago... our family was woken up by a large group out of control swearing, fighting in the halls and off balconies... this went on til 530am... (We have videos) (and the front desk has live camera's.. but allowed it was allowed to go on) ...so on 2 hours sleep, we checked out! The Asst. ******** who could care less... said she was sorry but that's all she could do, is say sorry... if you look at the pics of our last 3 stays... this place is nowhere near worth $370 a night! ... still in dispute over full charges, and no contact from them... they truly could care less... This place was the only place our family would stay but we'll Never go back!
