We (were) customers of this company Campbell Comfort Systems in ************* **. They are now *********************We had a no heat situation in which a repairman can out to let us know that the circuit board was bad and had to ordered at a cost of $1700. A week later they come back with the circuit board only to find a secondary problem with the gas valve that would cost us another $1500 and another week with no heat. I called and expressed my displeasure. After getting no traction trying to get this part expedited, I told them forget it we are no longer their customer since they have no problem having a customer of theirs out of heat for two weeks.We brought in another company that got the part in a day and has us up and running with our heating. The gas valve that ********** was going to charge us $1500 for we got repaired for $220 TOTAL! Part and installation! We also found out the circuit board we were charged $1700 for costs $105! I will add that it took their repairman 15 minutes to install it and I'm being generous with that timeframe.I don't know where this goes or what happens from here, but this was just too outrageous for me not to report.

***** and his team did an excellent job with the installation of our new air conditioner and heating system. From the minute they walked thru our door to the minute they left they were extremely professional and courteous. The installation went as described despite the extreme heat. They took the time to fully explain the new thermostat and left our home spotless which as you know is not the norm for contractors of any type. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Campbell Services for your heating and air conditioning needs. Thanks for a great job.

Campbell comfort systems has the best employees I have ever met. All three of them are excellent employees as far as Im concerned. They were very clean cordial they knew the work and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody. He stayed at my house until 7 PM until the problem is fixed.

Campbells came out today to do an estimate. *** was very punctual and very very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He knew what he was talking about and wasnt just giving lip service. I highly recommend them

My family used Campbell Comfort and always highly recommended them when it came time to replace my heater and AC they were my first call *** (salesman) was very knowledgeable, gave great options, and very easy to talk to, **** and **** (install crew) were extremely efficient got my install done in a few hours and when they were gone you couldnt even tell they were there. When I called to schedule a quote and Signing up for my maintenance agreement I talked to ***** she was extremely helpful and genuinely cared about any concerns or questions. Everyone at Campbell Comfort are highly trained professionals but whats even harder to come by in a company is theyre honest I will 100% use them again in the future.

I had ***** and his crew come and replace my very old furnace. He was a consummate professional and took care with my house. He took the time to explain things to me and did not begrudge me any question.
