Studio L provided a paid dance program to a preschool in ********, ** during 2020. Unfortunately, COVID hit shortly after the beginning of the session which resulted in the classes and recital to be cancelled. In total, $415 was spent for the class, recital/costume fee, which were not refunded. Being understanding of the pandemic on businesses, I granted time for Studio L to make things right. When I contacted them back in 2020 they were figuring out how to handle the missed classes. Not hearing from them since, I recently attempted to contact them again via email to see if there was a resolution on how to be refunded the money, which went unanswered. The preschool got contacted from Studio L back in the fall to provide another class, however the school knowing multiple parents were not refunded, they decided not to work with this dance company moving forward. My daughter is in another dance program since the reopening of businesses last year. I was truly hoping to handle this outside of the BBB, but due to the non-refunded amount going on close to two years now, I felt this may be the only way to receive the money.
