I have a Cambridge sidewalk and it is pitting. The installer came back to replace the stones and this year I have more stones pitting. I paid a small bundle for this sidewalk and I am NOT happy at all, either is the installer. Thank goodness the installer comes back but for how long? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.Review from Adam B

NEVER AGAIN. EVER. I'm in ** and went for 20k on their 3pc XL Sahara Chestnut pavers and the color just keeps getting more duller & lackluster every year that goes by to the point where I feel like i've gotta put the house up for sale and get the h*** outa here before my backyard becomes more of an eyesore than a selling point. Not only the color, the pavers themselves started looking brittle years ago. Do yourselves a favor and don't buy into the bull about the so-called ArmorTec. I'm so down on this experience that if I had to do it all over again I probably wouldn't consider pavers at all.Review from Brian G

??alert??I was browsing the site and noticed the counter at the top that says they sold over 2 billion stones. I think the counter is a made up ticker because when I refresh the page it keeps refreshing itself so don't trust that ticker. I also checked it in a different browser after I let the ticker run for awhile and opened a new browser and that browser had a much lower count. Maybe it's a bug in the page script but I don't think that counter is telling the truth.

There is no bug in the script. The Java script loads client-side on the browser. The script updates the count every time the page loads. It takes the starting number and computes the amount of time that has past and starts the ticker / count (standard formula based on actual sales). This is why it will vary slight from browser to browser.Review from James K

Absolute garbage, Cambridge pavers commercials are pure fiction.I cannot stress enough that these pavers stain and STAY STAINED.Done let anyone tell you otherwise, read all the other reviews.DO NOT USE CAMBRIDGE PAVERS-THEY ARE HORRIBLE.Cambridge Pavers Inc. Response

**************** sent an email to Cambridge on Monday 6/27 at 8:27 pm. Cambridge responded on 6/28 at 6:28 am requesting photos showing the stains. Never received any photos or description of staining, just the BBB complaint. Staining occurs on all pavement surfaces, whether pavers, concrete, asphalt, natural stone, stenciled concrete, etc. Our website clearly shows how stains from the environment could be trees, pollen etc. are easily removed. Pavers like any other pavement surface cannot stain from within and gravitate towards the surface. Calling Cambridge product 'garbage' and stating our TV messaging is fiction is not the way to resolve this issue. He should call his contractor to visit the site and then call a Cambridge dealer to resolve.Cambridge Pavers Inc. Response

Below please see correspondence following our previous response which we received today. We had our Territory Manager call **************** at which time he stated that his contractor had reported Cambridge Pavers came sealed, which is not accurate. He also stated he spilled gasoline on the pavers. ***,Powerwashing unless you hold the wand at a distant angle you can etch the surface of the paver and remove the sand joint. Acid washing - if not diluted, you will also etch the surface of the pavers. We cannot tell from these photos. I will have our Territory Manager ********************* call you to discuss.Homeowner Response: Thank you and those were both done by the contractor who has acknowledged the problem and been trying to help.Review from Rachel G.

We had a patio installed using Cambridge Pavers. Spring came and they were stains and pollen all over the patio. We reached out to our installer and he gave us the name of the territory manager for Cambridge. What happened over the next few days was The worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my entire life. The rep for Cambridge gave us a couple suggestions they seem to work - I sent photographs of our progress and this guy takes our photographs puts them on ******** and makes fun of us. I confronted him he took the photos down said he would be out on Monday to help us with regrouting abd sealing advise he never showed and he never called us back. Our landscaper said he was a lazy a** and he had no pride of ownership in his work so here we areCambridge Pavers Inc. Response

The Cambridge Pavers meet or exceed all industry standards. Their appearance is magnificent. Our Territory Manager responded to *********************, although she had them professionally installed and her contractor purchased the Cambridge Pavers from an authorized Cambridge distributor. He explained to her that the photo he looked at shows staining from pollen, trees and the environment. He also assured her the staining can be removed, or it will wear off by itself. He provided her with ************** instructions. At no time did he make an appointment to meet with her. Our Territory Manager did call her contractor who said he would re-sweep sand into all the joints since she has powerwashed it a number of times blowing the joint sand out.Customer Response

All of that is true with the exception ofThe representative from Cambridge ABSOLUTELY said he would come out on Monday to look at our patio. Lets not forget about the insensitive move of posting the pictures I sent to him on social media. Two enthusiastic thumbs down for Cambridge pavers customer service. You should consider a representative who works harder, is true to his word, and cares more about his company and the end user.
