My 15 year old had an appointment for contacts trial today, February 1, 2023. ****** is front office staff, was very rude to me and my son. She told my son to go wash his hands to start showing him how to put on the contacts on, sits him down in front of a mirror, starts telling him how to take them out, *** been wearing contacts for about 20 ********* tell him be careful pulling it out so it doesnt rip, she turns around tells me not to talk to him. I tell her I will talk to him hes my ******* was making a simple suggestions, she tells me then you show him. I tell her I paid for a ************* can continue to teach him because I already paid for the service. They charged both of my ************** had to pay $80 out of pocket as well. She goes sits down & my son is struggling to put them on, so I tell her, he needs help & I had to tell her like 3 times before she got up to continue to help him. Once she gets up tells me to sit down I told her I dont want to sit, I stand there dont say a word to her. She finishes, my son goes in for the doctor to look at him, then once were done I ask her how I go about ordering, shes explaining what I will do next & my son grabs the contact cases as were about to leave & turns to my son with an attitude says can I show ******* told her I worked with patients for 10 years & not once have I even thought of speaking to them in such a condescending way & tells me I am not going to deal with you goes sits down. & I approached the front desk & the other girl, very nice by the way, helped me making the follow up appointment for a few days out. The worst experience Ive ever had a doctors office.
