    These folks are pleasant, rushed, and incompetent. My purchase or donation as I never got the correct parts was a complete hassle.

    To whom it may concern, **** ** pulled the parts you asked for and you didn't want to pay the prices given. When you came to the office, you then wanted to negotiate all the prices in most cases in half or more. ** refused and you went in a rave about we didn't want to help you, ** here are working presently understaffed and over worked and we do not have time to waste. Sorry you feel this way but its not the way we do things. Have a blessed day.

    Firstly, I have never been to **********, nor *************** so I never went to their office. I bought through ***** These folks just are too busy being busy. I did not quibble on any price. I paid the price but did not get the parts that I specified very carefully. I was always pleasant because I am a professional person and being nasty gets one nowhere. I did refuse to talk further with one of their fellows, the one who does not speak English as well as he thinks he does and to whom I assess most of the blame for the wrong parts as he assured me that the parts would be exactly the same trim level as the vehicle that I am driving. He did not check. He did not care. So after that I asked to speak with another fellow in shipping who seemed to understand fully and seemingly things were sorting out. I wrote letters to the owner clearly identifying the transaction and problems. Oddly, I was billed $40 on the first delivery cod when I had paid for that part $55 mirror on ***** And then this company said they did not receive that $40 that I had to give **** I had the receipt of course. So that $40 disappeared except for my receipt. I doubt the *** man would be stealing and how could *** driver have known the exact price of the other part that I was expecting in the first box. Meanwhile, 3 months goes by. I am struggling with needing the parts. They finally send a second mirror still not the right one but I put the first one on as I had to have a mirror even if it is not fully functional. They finally sent a taillight assembly but it was the wrong one when I again had clearly specified that it was the driver's side. I sent the 2 parts back and kept the first mirror. After I wrote the ********* of **, I received $55 back. So I spent $95 plus $20 shipping return, got back $55. I have a stationary mirror only, it won't move as a power mirror but it is better than nothing. My vehicle has five trim levels. The fellows were all pleasant as I said but it was like no one could slow down to take the time to get me the right parts.Had I been right there, I could have gotten the right parts by a visual inspection. So I am saying, hesitate before buying online with Central Auto Liquidators of ********, **** At least I did get part of my money back but never got the correct parts so I donated $65. This was an incredible amount of time, writing letters, trying to talk to them. It was just ridiculous and I told **** to slow his staff down and focus on accuracy. He also was nice but tossed me off to another person.
