This place is A Nightmare!I Brought in my 2007 Audi A8 with what was suspected to be bad fuel. I had my insurance company do a fuel test and it came back to be good fuel nothing else in it. So than I proceeded with Audi of Newton to fix it. They told me I need a new battery at first so they can start looking at it. I agreed to a new battery after that a couple of weeks went by nothing was done. Kept calling and calling finally they said I need High pressure fuel pumps, I agreed to this also a $2000+ plus job. Shortly after this I get a phone call to call my insurance company because the vehicle caught on fire. So I did not ask any questions. Insurance adjuster came their two times and both times they said it was negligent servicing and I will not be covered. Audi refuses to go through their insurance company or take responsibility for something that happened in their possession in their shop. My vehicle was dropped off on 04-21-21 and now I am writing this in 08-25-21. Over a week ago I stopped in and spoke to the manager again and I was very honest that if nothing is done I will have to proceed with a lawyer. On top of all this they started blaming their technicians that they are new and or short handed. Also they said they have a bottle with gasoline that does not smell or look like gas without doing any fuel test of their own. This place has become a joke, never helped with anything besides some labor discount on the parts they installed.
