I purchased an Oil package about 2 years ago for ****** which covers every time the car indicates that the car needs an oil change. Over the weekend, I called *********** *** to schedule an oil change and they gave me a set date, however, it was not that I needed an oil change but that I needed a top off because the car was running low on Oil, the service representative then tells me that I can go to the dealer and they'll top off the oil complimentary. I said great, though at the time I was in **********. So I ended the call with *********** *** and called PARK AVENUE BMW, where I was put through ****, I spoke to two different service techs. They mentioned that they do not offer complimentary oil top-off, so I will have to. Still, the oil, and then I mentioned that in like another 500 miles I would need an oil change, and then that's when he mentioned that the car I have the oil change is either once a year or every ****** miles however my car indicates that I should get an oil change every ***** miles. I said ok and the call ended, I had a bottle of oil in my car, went to the mechanic, and the problem was solved. Today the general Manager of ******** Avenue called me to know why I was so upset with their technicians im explained why im upset and that other *** Dealers give me better service than ******** AVENUE, I explained to him that BWM dealers go by what the car indicates and not by what he technician says it is, The conversation got headed, The general manager said that he does not want to do business with me anymore and hangs up the phone. Now keep in mind, ******** Avenue is where I purchased my car.I believe and highly note THE TECHNICIANS, &GENERAL MANAGER ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, THE GENERAL MANAGER COULD NOT TAKE TRUTH AND hung up the ***** TWICE BECAUSE HE can't DEAL WITH A ****** OFF CUSTOMER AS A MANAGER THATS WHAT HE SUPPOSE TO DO, TAKE AN ISSUE AND TURN IT POSITIVE TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMER OR AT LEAST COME TO AN UNDERSTANDING

********************************* spoke today about his conversation with our service manager. He does have a policy that is still in effect which he paid ****** for oil change service good thru 1/20/25. There was confusion between once a year or when the car says oil service is required. This policy does not include top offs if the oil goes low. Another dealer suggested they would, however *** policy is for only 3 years from new delivery this car is a 2016 530xi and does have the same warranty. We regret the exchange between customer and our service manager.
