      My 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee was taken for service over the period of August 1, 2022 and again in September through November of 2022. During the vehicles time at Jeep the transmission was replaced. Upon completion the vehicle was returned in what was stated to be in perfect working condition with warranty and job security as it was performed by ****. Unfortunately after 14 months, it was brought to my attention that the transmission cover was missing. Naturally one would ask why did you take so long to find this out? The simple answer would be no one had brought it to my attention during routine oil changes. Or, that Im not a mechanic and I dont frequent my cars undercarriage nor have any knowledge had I looked. I called and spoke with the initial service advisor *******************************, then directed to speak with manager ****, and finally the most condescending director ***********************. All of which were no help other than verbally try to sell me a part. It didnt occur to not one of the 3 individuals mentioned above to request for me to bring the vehicle in to take a look at it and attempt to come to a reasonable solution. The reason for this review is not to bore you with a complaint over a potential $200.00 transmission cover that went missing. Instead I write this review to warn customers. Do your research when having your vehicle serviced. Look for dealers that provide detailed videos of every service they provide on your vehicle.Many dealers provide videos for your records and security as well as theirs. We think because we are taking our car to a reputable dealer for service we will be secure in knowing the job is executed perfectly. BEWARE: Dealerships make mistakes and they dont always do the right thing. They refuse to do right by the customer and because they are independently owned as I was told by **************, there is nothing anyone can do. You are left to their mercy and often they are sharks lurking potential new feed.

      My wife and I was searching for a used vehicle. Pulled into Global Auto Mall and found one. We test drove the vehicle and found it. After the test drive, we went inside to talk about a deal. We wanted to see the carfax report which the salesman brought out. I asked if the car had any accidents which he said it was only in 1 accident. In looking at the carfax report closer, my we found out that the car was in not 1 but 3 accidents within a 5 month period. I asked the sales person for a final price, which he never gave me. Plus, they tried to make me pay for a lo-jack ****** which I did not ask for. To top that off, found out that the tires that were on the car were retreads. Which I was not informed about. When asking about it, the salesperson said I should look into another car to avoid our question. Unprofessional!

      I bought my car from Global. I brought it for repair repairs several times and they failed to fix it properly. My car was turning off while driving. They claimed the engine and other areas needed to be clean. I paid $900 for that service. The next day my car turned off again while driving. I brought car in for service. They claimed the car needed a new engine for which the extended warranty paid $6500. They didnt refund me the $900 I had paid the day before even though they didnt fix the problem. 2 months later my car was leaking oil. Parts of the engine they installed were defective, so I had to bring the car back for repair. Shortly after getting my car back it was still leaking oil. Also the bottom cover was not installed probably and it came off while I was driving. I complained to the service manager. He was very rude and claim the company has done nothing wrong.

      This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership and I can honestly say it was a great experience from the beginning to the end. I have been to other dealerships looking around but I didnt get the service that I got here. ******* made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and that I understood all of the paperwork. I didnt feel rushed or forced, everybody was very friendly and helpful. Overall I had a great experience and would love for others looking to purchase a vehicle to have the same opportunity, especially first-time buyers.

      I leased my Hyundai Venue from Global Hyundai on October of last year. We agreed on ****** per month with a $2000.00 downpayment. When I went to sign the lease agreement they said that my I would have to pay $****** monthly which included taxes. Since then I have been paying ******. On March 2023, I went to Hyundai to speak to a representative where he informed me that prices shown on our initial agreements included taxes, thus there in an extra $29.84 charge on my account.

      My experience at Global Jeep was the best experience Ive ever had at a car dealership. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and everyone was honest and straightforward. I already recommended Global Jeep to multiple friends.

      Purchased a 2023 G90,My sales person, *****, was pleasant to work with. He was straight forward on what he was able to do for me. The whole organization seem to stand behind the sales person. Financing manager never pushed for additional products, I was in and out in no time.

      Amazing service and staff... my visit went great and I walked out with a car at a great price. Purchased 3 cars in the last 6 years and my sales rep knew exactly what I was looking for. It was a seamless experience and super easy to navigate.

      I got my new lease through global but have been using their service department for years with my other Hyundais. Ive never had a bad experience in either the sales or the service department. The service advisors *** worked with have always been polite honest and friendly. The waiting rooms are tidy and there is enough room on seat plenty of guests.
