            I purchased a roll of engineering vellum from them, I received it and left it here in stock for when I ran out of my current roll of vellum.I finally opened it about a month ago and tried running prints on the vellum, the toner wiped right off the vellum I purchased, it should NOT rub off if it is truly an engineering type vellum but it did.I called to complain and Tiger Supplies took forever to tell me any updates.After emailing them again they said after reviewing the situation they cannot help me ???So they said becuase it was back in March 2023 and I just told them they could do nothing.This was brand new, even though months had gone by that does not justify the fact that the vellum they sold me was ****, whether I used it in 2 days or 2 months the fact remains it is ****.They did not even offer to replace it or provide me with a refund and to me that is unacceptable.All I want is my money back ($241.76) is what is cost me.Thanks,****
