              Contracted Awning Design to deliver and install 2 front window awnings and a front patio valance on July 13, 2021. Company stated that they would be installed win either September or October of 2021. We accepted his terms. When called in ********** ******* stated they lost the measurements to our window awnings and would send a team out to our hose to retrieve the old awnings for measurement in approximately 2 weeks. As of October 28, not team has come to our house to retrieve the old awnings. A representative told us she would get back to us either by noon of that day or by 5 PM that day to tell us the situation. No call was ever received. When called on the morning of November 4, I was told by ****, the owner of the *******, that "they are only awnings, so what's the hurry." After expressing my anger over the treatment by his *******, and the fact that we received no communication whatsoever from him, he dropped many f......! words at me after which I told him to cancel the order and refund my $600 deposit.
