              In 2021, my daughter received a *** vaccine that is through manufacturer, *******. Due to the nature of the vaccine, insurance did not cover, ******* provided copay card that went towards costs 100%. ******* advised that the card was good for January 2021-July 2021. In January 2023, I received a bill for $*****. ***** ******** ********* (Amber Specialty), did not charge the cost towards the copay card until this year. ******* advised due to the prolonged period that they would not backdate coverage for 2 years. I absolutely do not agree with billing someone after two years and waiting until after the copay card isn't able to be used. This was not my error.

              I was insulted by the pharmacist. He told my Chicago Doctor they had the medication that's a national shortage. They're false advertising to lure you in w coupons in their flyers. I'm talking about hundreds of dollars. They said they don't honor the coupon. I say you might get away w that in Green Bay, a Chicago girl says bye bye big Pharma. Who exactly gets to play favorites with medication. It's downright dirty! Shame on you Hyvee and shame on Whalburgers for not knowing how to do literally anything right on another note about this ridiculous store ??
