The owners of this business conduct business under multiple names. Some of the names they use are Mighty Clear View, Mighty Clean, Mighty Clean Janitorial. I hired them for a small water mitigation/ clean up. They hired workers off facebook and sent them to my house without vetting them or training them, they told the workers we would direct them. I had the feeling that Chris Nielson was trumping up charges as i was filing a claim with my insurance. I signed off a statement that he had completed the work and could be paid directly from my insurance. After he was paid in full I was able to obtain a copy of the mostly itemized bill he submitted. On his billing to my insurance he claimed nearly $15,000.00 of work that was never done. He billed my insurance ( and was paid for) things like removing carpet tack strips, removing glued down carpet, removing upper cabinets, removing baseboards. None of these items were ever in my house, the billing was falsified. Additionally he had agreed to pay my husband an hourly wage for the work he did, my husband had to disassemble and carry items out as Chris stated he as a business did not have the knowledge/ability to do. Some of the items my husband took care of were things like our sauna, pulling the toilet, metal cabinets and disconnecting the vanity and all plumbing. Chris billed my insurance for all of those things and was paid in full in August 2023. We asked Chris for the $ he had agreed to pay for labor and after putting us off for over 4 months he stated at the end of December he had no intention of paying us because my husband was working on his own house.
