USE WITH CAUTION
My wife and I used Emanual’s (owner of Sharp Tile) services to upgrade our bathrooms and kitchen. He was very helpful and nice during the initial visit and up through the point that we signed a contract. After explain my work schedule and difficulty of getting time off we set a start day and time. The first day he showed up 1.5 hours late. The second day he showed up 45 minutes late. Both times I had to call him to find out where he was as he chose not to inform me of his tardiness. On the first day he upped the project price in excess of $400 due to what he described as abnormally well-built subflooring which took his guys longer than usual to tear up. We agreed and the project continued. Upon inspecting the work on the third day we found multiple tiles were not laid flat and required replacing. We also requested a 4 inch strip of tile be used as an accent around our tub. He made an “executive decision” to go with a 6 inch strip because he felt it would look better. We ended up keeping it as it was installed but we were not consulted with at all even though we explained explicitly what we wanted. Toward the end of the project they installed pebble flooring in our shower. Multiple stones are set above the rest and are painful on our feet. The pitch of the flooring is also off in two areas so we now have two roughly 1 foot wide puddles that form on the floor after every use causing mildew/soap scum to accumulate after only a couple days. At the beginning of the project Emanual said that he would have a dump trailer brought in so that all of the trash would be removed from the home. Instead they choose to pile all of the trash in the middle of the garage. They did not remove the trash when they finished the project and it took several phone calls before it was removed a week and a half later. Additionally we promised that Emanual would set up an appointment with his “glass guy” who would give us his “contractor discount” for our shower. This was supposed to occur during the project so that we could have the project completed all at the same time. This did not happen. After they were entirely done with the tile work (a week later) I ended up having to contact the glass contractor directly and set the appointment myself. The glass contractor informed me there is no discount and he had no idea what Emanual was talking about. In the end the glass was installed 2 weeks after the tile was done leaving us without a functioning bathroom for the duration of the gap. At the beginning of the project and before all of these negative incidents occurred I referred him to a co-worker who also needed a project completed. Emanual was very appreciative and said he always offer a $200-$500 referral bonus and would pay me within a week of the referred projects completing. As of this posting it has been 6 weeks and he has not responded to 5 emails, 4 texts and 2 phone calls.
Unfortunately it seems that once he receives payment then all promises/guarantees go out the window. Very upsetting situation for my wife and I. To give some gauge of how passionately we feel we were taken advantage of this is the very first negative review that we have left for anyone in the 10+ years of working with contractors on home improvements. It was even more shocking to us after reading all of the positive comments and reviews on homeadvisor. I don’t know if those are real customers or were placed there intentionally to artificially boost the ratings but regardless I VERY STRONGLY suggest that you USE WITH CAUTION. Hopefully this review will save others from the same unfortunate outcome that we fell victim to.
I had an amazing experience with Lee company! The elelectrician who came to my house was named ***** ******. He was incredibly thorough! He spent 3 hours at my house and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problems in my home and had a fantastic personality. He was even good with my children. Lee company fixed my electrical issues and made my home safe for my family. Thanks guys!
I called Frontier Basement Systems because we had ran a radon test and the result came back at a 4.2. ******* *****, suggested instead of installing a system right away that we administer another test first. He provided us with a test kit and we performed another test and it came back as a 3.4. By making this suggestion up front, ******* and Frontier saved me possibly thousands of dollars by being up front and honest, the way things used to be!
I submitted a claim on a cell phone just like I have done in the past for my daughters phone. so just before Christmas 2014 I went to make a claim. this time they said I needed to send them a copy of my receipt so I took pictures while I had them on the phone I they directed me to their email site so I sent them . 72 hours later I have got no response back acknowledging they had received it. I call back the customer care says they will have to connect me to their claims department and they did but claims department is on eastern standard time and is closed . im told to leave information and phone number and they will call back. RIGHT! well I have been calling and calling every day before I go to work and always get a different answer on how they are going to solve my problem. to wich nothing is done. it is now January 20th 2015 I call today and still got the run around I opted to stay on the phone while they researched my case I was put on hold for long periods of time and the rep would get on the phone and ask if I wanted to continue holding or they could call me back. I opted to stay on hold each time. so after a long time of holding I again was told that I never picked a reimbursement option . I told the rep oh I most certainly did. and that I wasn't taking that as their conclusion to my woes.so I was put on hold again and this time they told me everything I wanted to hear.. so we will have to see .would you trust them for their word after the numerous time with phone calls and computer time spent dealing with a company that has no customer service but rather customer no service I waste your time?
Paramount Song did a marvelous job turning my lyrics into music. The monetary investment is worth its weight in gold; a good value for the money for sure. So good that this writer is doing a second song with Paramount. Highly recommend!

I own a 2004 Nissan Maxima with a little over 100,000 miles. The transmission starting giving me trouble approx. 4 or 5 months ago. At first I experienced minor jerks when the car was shift from drive to reverse. Now, its terrible this happens almost every time. My husband and I bought this car new and it has always been service on time. My husband took the car in to get it checked and was told the transmission need to be replaced.. When we bought the car we were under the assumption that a Nissan would provide service over 100,000 miles without having major problem with the transmission. We are very disappointed and feel the manufacturer should own up to this problem. **** you please give us your feedback on this problem? NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!

I bought three pair of shears from this company they all bend the hair between the blades I sent them back to be fixed and received very polite customer service however only one of the three pairs was fixed to working order the other two still bend hair between the blade. This company is great on customer service however the product isn't a great buy I give a 10 out of 10 for customer service but a 3out of 10 on product quality
I'm extremely happy with the improvements to my plumbing system that **** with Ben Franklin did. He kept me updated throughout the process and took extra measure and patience to keep my home clean and explain everything to me. When I came into the kitchen to watch him test my water flow, he had taken a sponge out and was cleaning some old grime out of my sink. That kind of service is above and beyond. Thank you ****!
I broke my phone had it replaced, then lost my new phone. It was within a short time so I understand their concern. I applied for a replacement the second time which I was entitled to for an increased cost. (NOTE: I switched my phone off on the first to a go-phone backup I keep. The customer rep. at at&t who switched my phone did it incorrectly showing an IMEI still being used by the same phone.) After submitting claim to Asurion they denied and said I need the correct date. I looked back and resubmitted thinking this to be the issue. When they received my second fax I called back and was given no specific answer this time and told to resubmit my claim for a third time. I asked to speak with a supervisor to resolve this issue obviously receiving the run-around. I remained on the line for aprox. 51+ minutes. During this time I called at&t and explained the situation. The rep. for at&t attempted to conference me at which point they would not even speak with me after almost one hour of holding and not so much as letting me know they weren't going to bother dealing with me. At&t took care of it all, fixed everything and sent me a FREE phone instead of the $199.99 Asurion would have charged. I have been a customer for over 14 years with them and used 2 insurance claims total. Long story short Good JOB at&t and thank you. Perhaps you should re-evaluate which insurance companies u do business with. Thanks to at&t and its willingness to take care of its customers unlike Asurion.
My experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing have always been, and continue to be, exceptional. *** is always prompt to answer calls and schedule any needed services. ******* is just delightful. He is courteous and explains everything thoroughly including options to repair problems. I would recommend BFP to anyoneand do whenever asked if I know a good plumber!
