The owners of Tornado Saferoom went above and beyond to ensure our family was not only safe but comfortable in choosing the right saferoom for us. The Installation was flawless and when they left our garage was as clean as before they arrived. The price was BETTER than others I checked as their price INCLUDED delivery and install. I highly recommend (and have) Tornado Saferoom to everyone. Plus, our room doubles as a saferoom for our priceless photo albums. :)
Like many of the other folks reading these reviews I have to leave one because I had a positive experience. One can't know whether to believe all the negative reviews or not. I placed my claim online, never talked to a rep and it went great. Within 2 days I had my new iPhone6 and sent back the brand new one I dropped! Have only been using the new one for 3 days but no problems so far.
My husband & I benefitted greatly from the program. The instructors are very knowledgeable about targeting certain areas of the body & kept the routines interesting, varied & individually beneficial. We both have improved our balance, strength & flexibility..very important as senior citizens! Thanks, Brad.

We are very happy with our new roof! Luckily they were in the area giving free estimates and if it weren\'t for them we probably would not have a new roof because I personally think it\'s a hassle to go through the insurance process but they did all the hard work the only difficult thing was trying to choose what color we wanted. The roofing crew did a phenomenal job! Very courteous and hard workers! They started at 8am and ended before 2pm my husband was at work and he arrived around the time the crew had finished and he was surprised that they finished so early! We are very happy with Sky Roofing! Thank you guys!
You probably don't need another customer review to know that this company is all about Fraud. They will do anything to delay making payment. Each time you fulfill their request, they come up with a new one. As an auditor, I have had lots of experience with companies like this. Bottom Line - Do not work with any company that uses Asurion (or their subsidiary Card benefit Services of Nashville). You might as well not have insurance.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT. I'm in the process of selling my home in Chattanooga. During the inspection, the garbage disposal was found to be inoperable. My home warranty company sent Hers and His Plumbing to fix the issue. Upon arrival, the Technician immediately said "Here is the issue, pulling out a small piece of plastic the size of a dime which came from the inside of a plastic lid). She removed the plastic and said all that is needed is to push the reset button and everything will be OK. For some reason, the reset button was up inside the lower part of the unit. I was basically accused of damaging the unit even though my wife and I had never used the garbage disposal since we owned the home. When the warranty company was called for the repair approval, she basically stated the unit had been abused (stated foreign objects in the trap and the reset button had been damaged).....even after I explained I flipped the switch a few weeks prior and the unit was still working. The warranty company refused to approve the repairs. Very poor analysis on her part of what the problem actually was....you could tell she didn't know what she was doing. Her analysis of what she thought the problem was, the call to the warranty company, and the payment fee took less than 10 minutes. I then made (4) separate calls to speak with the owner about my bad experience with his service technician. The last time I called, I was assured the owner would call me back with the contact information I left. Over 24 hours later, no response. UNACCEPTABLE! Your Technician training and diagnosis, UNACCEPTABLE! Your customer Service on return calls and resolving issues, UNACCEPTABLE! Accepting a $65.00 service call fee for the service rendered, UNACCEPTABLE!
Advice Brands uses auto dialing to contact potential customers. Callers have been asked repeatedly to remove one of our office phone numbers from their calling list. Multiple calls are placed daily and different marketers come online when phone is picked up. I understand the marketer cannot do anything but Advice Brand headquarters should have set up a system whereby their marketers can pass along requests from persons who are receiving their unwanted calls. After about a week of this, I'VE HAD ENOUGH!
This company has a driver that doesn't know driving laws. I called the office to complain and rather than handling the situation with the driver they hung up. Their lack of unprofessionalism is repulsing and I would not let them tow my car. I hope they get a nice fat ticket the next time the police gets behind them.
ANDREW diligently worked to complete the difficult task of installing a jack in our very small crawl space. He answered all of our questions, and assisted us to locate a secondary problem. He was very personable, courteous, respectable, and we were very much at ease having him in our home. It is refreshing to see a company employ young people with not only ability, but also a work ethic, and personality. We also appreciated MORGAN that worked on site the first day. We did not have as much face to face time with him, but he was very attentive to getting the job completed at a high level of accuracy.
If we require similar work to be preformed in the future, we will certainly contact Frontier Basement Systems.
The business owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. Those involved with the move were also courteous, careful and professional. No items were missing or damaged in the course of the move. Rates were very reasonable, given what needed to be moved and the distance involved. Would definitely recommend.

The reason of our visit was to find a reputable Jeweler to repair my wife's engagement ring where the setting had become loose. After a negative experience with another Jeweler out of town we researched Nashville area Jewelers and found great reviews about Prima Jewelers and decided to visit. After meeting Mr. ****** and visiting Prima we feel fortunate that we found him.

With his background and experience, he can locate almost anything you are looking for and get it for you. He also has a large inventory of items in his store and you can see that Prima Jewelers is about quality and they back up what they sell. Prima Jewelers is not only able to get what you want but Mr. ****** can also design and create the exact item you are seeking.
Mr. ****** combines his experience and knowledge in a very friendly and down to earth manner without any attempt to make you feel like you have to buy something. We spent nearly two and a half hours in his store talking and he gave us a great recommendation on the repair we needed. We left the store feeling like we had just made a new good friend instead of visiting a store

2-7-2016 Just received my order from Summerstone this morning. I opened it up expecting 3-4 ft. bushes and trees as ordered, but the longest one in the bunch was only 14 inches long. Two of the trees had been ripped out of the ground and didn't have any roots on them at all. This is a rip off company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I have no recourse, for they charged my credit card on the day I ordered it. The trees and bushes came a month later.
purchased a kia soul from grand auto exchange in aug 2015. a carfax report was provided and nothing on the report to cause us not to buy the vehicle. the process was easy and my daughter loved the car. we had the car in for some repairs and was called to come look at vehicle. this vehicle had been in a collision before as the damage to the left rear clearly showed. would like to think this dealer knew nothing of previous collision but would like to see more due diligence performed on vehicles it sells.we had the vehicle checked also and will not be going back to the business that performed the pre purchase inspection.
