Dollar general at 3852 dickerson road was the Worst experience in a store ever. A lady with red hair was checking us out abd asked if i was going to pay for the almost empty drink in my hand. After i explained i brought it with me she got very loud and told me she needed to feel my drink. I told her i had a reciept or sge can check the video footage she continued to demand to feel my drink and kept reaching out. The lady kept getting louded and louder and telling me i should of asked her to bring in the drink. I have a disability that requires me to have access to drink. She told me how that wasnt her problem. The most humiliating experience in a store ever. This also happened to be my birthday and this happened in front if my oldest son.. If u live in the area you might want to avoid this store. If she thought i stile she should of handled it properly. Usually store have policies and procedures in place. I highly doubt they do not include invading my personal space, raising your voice at a customer, and humiliating someone in front of thier child.
I have been using this company for just over 1 year now. They keep me on track to maintain my unit between seasons. Today, AJ S**** came to check my heating system. He was very helpful and informative. His professionalism was top notch.

Glenn came and gave us a great estimate. We agreed to it with a handshake. No money was given till job was done to our satisfaction. Did everything and more than what they said. The patio looks amazing and they cleaned up the yard and spread extra dirt for us that we needed before they came and didn't charge anything extra. Glen and his crew were hard workers and very friendly. Will recommend them to anyone. If we need more concrete later will definitely call them again. Thanks Glenn for a job well done. I was completely nervous to use this site because of the many negative reviews, but i followed the instructions exactly and got my birth certificate in less than two weeks start to finish, and I requested the regular mail shipping, and it still got here earlier than expected (ordered it by monday, and arrived next week wednesday.) I admit it was a little pricey but overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this to a friend. They where professional, quick, and easy to use so Thank you VitalChek.
AutoMasters has bent over backwards to help me stay on the road. Any problem ive had weather it was a payment or car issues they got right on it. I recently moved to Murfreesboro and decided to take my car here for servicing. I have had 3 very negative experiences with this business. I took my car to have the oil changed here the first time I went and after an hour wait they realized that they had put the wrong oil into my car. They asked me if I would like the issue corrected.I told them yes and had to sit and wait for another hour. I paid for my services and the took $10 off of my bill for the inconvenience. They apologized and said when my oil change light came back on to come back no matter when it was and tell them to change it and that they would work it in with no wait beacuse I had to stay at the dealership for 2 hours to resolve the issue. I went to the dealership this past Saturday to get it changed and they told me they didnt have time to do it. I told them that I was suppose to let them know about my past experience and that they told me whenever I came in they would see sure to it getting done. The Rep told me whenever is a broad term and if i wanted to sit there for hours then i could and they could try to work it in no guarantees. I asked to speak to a manager and they said that there was no manager for me to speak with. Yesterday which was a Tuesday my husband took my car in after he got off working 3rd shift. I cant go during the week due to my hours. He brought my car to me at work and I looked at my ticket and immediatly noticed they had again used the wrong oil. My husband asked them to use the same oil I had requested the last time. I called the service manager and left a message. He returned my call a few hours later. He asked what happened and i told him. He proceeded to question me to why I would even request the oil I did. And then began stating that he use to work as a manager Acura and that they dont use this oil I requested in my car and insisted that what they used in my car is and would be fine. After speaking down to me and making me feel ignorant for even requesting this oil he asked me what I wanted him to do to resolve this. He stated he was putting a note on my file so next time I came in that maybe this wouldnt happen again. He stated he couldnt guarantee they would see the note but hopefully they would. I coudnt get back to the dealer and they just treated me like o well then sorry about your luck. I was so offended at this point. They had no intent to resolve the issue that they created. And yet want me to come back next time and pay for services for this to be corrected because I couldnt get back in right then. I was shocked they didnt offer to pay for this to be corrected. I now need to travel to another honda dealer to get this corrected and get my oil changed. I am sure they would change it and charge me but I dont even want them touching my car after them being so rude. I would be worried they would tamper with it after me complaining. Their service department has poor customer service. I will not be returning to this dealership for any thing.
I Love this company! I am completely happy with the audio equipment I purchased, the salesmen were great and knowledgeable of the products. When it came time to schedule my install the Customer Service Dept was Awesome! Jerry handled my audio and Julie handled the security activation. They coordinated and got both done in the same day ! Not to mention the technician was Great! And took the time to give me a lengthy demo of my new equipment! Wonderful!
Lending Hand Mortage helped me get my first home. I just turned 23 years old, just got engaged, and was promoted in my job to a District Manager. I was relocated to Nashville and if it wasn't for them then I would not have been able to buy this home. They helped to suggest a better loan that previous lenders did not mention. They were also very patience with all my questions, and we're very willing to teach me through out the process. After my experience, I have many friends that plan to start the process of buying a home and Lending Hand will be the first company I plan on suggesting to them.
We got a car that was a lemon car sold to us by a plus auto!! Within two weeks the car was acting up. They sent us to three different places to finally get it kinda figured out. Had to go to the actual dealership lucky I had s recall part because they found out my tie rods were really bad so bad I had to sign a waiver to drive it away from them. They couldn't totally figure out the actual problem I took it in for because the wiring was so messed up my dashboard could catch on fire. The car lot gave me a number to call to get it fixed called a week straight left 3 voicemails but nothing l. Now the car lot wants nothing but the money but won't fix it
Earlier this month, BFP troubleshooted a problem with backed up plumbing. Plumber Jeffery, came out, listened to all that I had to say, tested a few lines, and found the core problem (septic tank full-). His problem solving method was sound.
This weekend we tried replacing the plumbing hardware in two bathrooms and had problems with the old fixtures. So I called BFP again, requested the same plumber, and he did the work and I am happy. It was not cheap but I know that it was professinoally done and there is a warranty.
I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to ask for help in getting my dishwasher to drain properly. I talked with customer service on Monday, and she set-up my appointment for the next day. This was the week of Thanksgiving. The Service Pro, Gary P. arrived on the scheduled time, was knowledgeable, and worked quickly to fix my dishwater. This a very pleasant company to do business with. Definitely will contact this company in the future.
