            Platinum Window Cleaning came out to preview the work that I wanted/needed performed. Cleaning of windows, extremely dirty sills and screens. Houston stated that due to the condition of the windows and sills of how dirty they were he would need to charge an additional $** for the extra time to clean the sills. I agreed that this was fair and I had no problem paying additional because I knew they were going to need some extra tlc. He also stated that the screen cleaning would be an additional $** to which I agreed as well for the same reason. Total for the windows, sills and screens was to be $*** (windows in/out) + $** sills/tracks extra time + $** screen clean. They were unable to access the exterior windows, sills and screens due to construction work being performed in the back of the house. They reduced the invoice to $*** which we still believe is far more than the work performed. We made our home and ourselves available for ****, the owner, to come to our home and view the work.
