    If I could rate it a zero I would. For starters, this is my second experience at Bar-B-Cutie and both times (including today) we're bad experiences. Speaking from today, the MANAGER SHANT (her name) was rude, unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. I ordered 4 times with another young lady who was chipper and then Shant came on the intercom and rushed me to order, cut me off, and then when I explained It was hard to hear she talked over me and said come to the window. I drive up? Disheartened because my initial experience was with her and her attitude was poor. I explain to her my order and I say green onions and SHE REPEATS IT BACK TO ME! and I get my food and leave because I'm taking it to my husband. He got jalapeños and green onions, which were missing; so I call back and ask for the manger about my experience and Shant is on the phone and says we don't have green onions, which was left out four times that I said my order(twice to her) and after explaining my grievances, she ask me verbatim, "SO WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO?" I was appalled. So I go up there because I was on hold too long waiting for secondary manager. I arrive and nobody, not one comes up to me and then Adonus (manager) listens and tells me the owner Todd D****** would be arriving later on. In short I'm disgusted with the customer service that I have received from this particular establishment. This is unacceptable.
