            We bought a home through this company is April 2021. A big priority for us was a home warranty. Seller countered no warranty and we were adamant about having one. Age of ac, appliances and condition of pool made it extremely important. We were instructed we should take the offer as the home warranty was covered by the agent. We closed the deal under the premise of receiving a home warranty. Almost 4 months later we still have no warranty. We also have contacted the agent 5 times by phone and left messages, texted 4 times, sent 2 emails. We contacted welcome home as well and left 3 voice mails. No one has returned our calls, texts or emails. We have reached out multiple ways and times and have had no response or solution to getting our warranty.
