Had a hybrid tankless installed by * *** * ******** 6 years ago which 3 Men bought. Was told by *** it didn’t need yearly service a year after I had them install the hybrid. 6 years later it keeps cutting off and I called 3 Men to have them come out and fix it. Meanwhile I noticed a round button which I pushed and it came back on. I was still awaiting their call because I still wanted it checked out. Cuts off again 6 days later with a 63 code blinking. I called them back and they told me they would have someone call me if they had availability. I said so if they don’t, your just going to drop the request like you did last week? They did have someone come check it out and he clean filters etc. A week later same thing. I downloaded a manual, which *** failed to provide, saw it does need a yearly maintenance. Called again and they sent 2 kids out. They couldn’t get the tank to drain and told me I needed to replace the system. A few days later there was water in the floor where they apparently stripped the cut off valve and it had a slow drip which they WRAPPED WITH A SHOP TOWEL to cover it up!!!!! Didn’t say a word. Called back and no one has called back. Good luck on customer service and proper information if you go with this outfit. I hate I had to even give 1 star.
