            On 3/31/22 I purchased a 2022 ******** from this dealer. I received a 10.5 APR despite a 806 credit score. I received a 4.5 APR on the 2020 ********* I bought from the same dealer and bank. I didn't receive a complementary T-shirt with my purchase. I bought a $550 leather jacket at the time of the purchase. They said they **** mail the T-shirt, but never did. On 08/08/22 I came in the dealer and got a T-shirt from the back ****. When I walk in the rear of the dealer where the bikes were, finance officer *** tried to in so many words, tried to accuse me of stealing the shirt. He asked rudely "How many bikes are you goanna buy from us"???!!! My salesperson *** was standing right beside him when he was making the remarks. I was trying to cancel an extended warranty on the ******** Classic. I signed the cancelation form but had to get a payoff letter to complete the transaction. *** wasn't to forth coming and was stand offish. Despite bringing them my *** bike 200 miles for the trade to meet their end of the month sale quota, I had to wait three weeks for the ********. They didn't even know when I was going to get the bike. *** hasn't responded to my emails, nor has he returned my phone calls. I've gave this dealer my repeat business and have recommended people to buy there as well. This has been the worst motorcycle buying experience I've had in my 15 years of buying several Harleys. I'm not mad I just want my warranty money from the recent sale. Thanks.

            worst decision I ever made was to travel 4 hours to buy a low mileage softail from these people,I knew I was gonna be Upside down in this bike but being such low mileage I was ok with it I was not offered a test ride but figured what could be wrong with it with the miles thats on it.Got home with it rode it for the first time to find out it runs terrible,has an aweful surge at cruise,spits back and hesitates.Drove another 4 hours to take it back 2 tech's said no problem found,finally after heated exchange with Drew they checked it again claimed they replaced o-rings on intake. Drove 4 hours back no change,so they came to my house and picked it up to check it again put almost 100 miles on it and still claims no issues.Rode it yesterday it was so bad it was a chore to hang on to for surging,bucking and jerking.As far as I can see the entire staff is either incompetent or down rite crooks! Buyers beware!!!
